In order to reserve your trip, you need to submit your credit card details. Please be advised that until your details are submitted, the trip you are considering can be purchased by someone else.
Your card will not be charged until all of your hotel selections have been confirmed. In the event that one or more of your selections are unavailable, you will be offered alternative rooms or you will have the ability to cancel your purchase at that time.
Upon confirmation of your hotel selections, your card will be charged for the total cost of the food and beverage for your trip, plus 50% of the cost of your hotel. The balance will be charged 60 days before your first date of travel. For trips purchased within 75 days of a trip’s start date, the full amount will be charged upon purchase.
Trips are non-refundable but can be transferred to a third party on the OAD Travel Exchange, subject to a service fee.
